We had a lovely time overall, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and spacious accommodations. However, the experience was marred by some frustrating service issues and the heating in our room, which left us quite cold. It didn't hinder our holiday too much, as we found some great local attractions and activities, but it is definitely an area for improvement.

My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. While the spa services were outstanding and the staff in that area were truly accommodating, other aspects, like check-in time and unexpected charges, left much to be desired. The overall experience was overshadowed by poor management communication and lack of attention to guest satisfaction, which made me reconsider my return.

I recently spent a long weekend at the resort and while the views were absolutely stunning and the staff was friendly, the cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired. The outdoor pool was closed, which was disappointing, and the overall condition of the accommodation felt quite dated. However, I enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment, which was perfect for my family and our dogs.
